How can we improve Huel? (both product and service)

Your (referral) probably had a bag of flavor booster on his desk. Did you read what was inside? They are close to what would look like a single serving. As for the website, no need to read between the lines. It’s pretty clear just like you wrote. “One bag - 17 servings” Why would you think there would be 17 bags inside one big bag? And just like @Desert_Way said, I almost NEVER make my Huel with 2 level scoops. Most days I am using 3 level scoops per shaker. It would be a major pain to have single servings if you wanted 1-1/2 servings. Then you have a half-used little bag you have to save 'til the next shake you have. I think you get my point. If you want Single Servings, they have them on their website. It’s called RTD (Huel Ready-to-drink). No dust to deal with.

You could always split it up into small zip locks in advance? Was thinking of doing this myself for when I’m in a hurry.

It would be great if you could make all Huel products caffeine-free. Or at least lower the caffeine content for the next editions…

Would love it if 3.0 had a version without the probiotic addition. Having a lot of troubles with the new formula

Exactly. Toss out the probiotics and it’s better product. Less is more in this case. Everything your body needs, nothing more is what’s the attraction for me personally

Personally, I love the fact that Huel has probiotics. I think it makes it more well rounded.

I’d like the peanut butter flavor in the gluten free version. Or the banana in the black version. Or let me mix and match more easily.

Just do whatever you have to do to stay in business. Aggressive marketing, shameless advertisement, retail sales, but I have been disappointed many times in life by products I love becoming unavailable. Please don’t become unavailable.
In fact, please please please focus on keeping a strong presence in the USA. I don’t know overall how popular it is here but do what you need to do to keep the market strong here so you don’t leave the USA as one of your markets. BTW if you open an office in Charlotte NC I am a highly qualified, skilled and experienced project manager having had very successful careers at Chevron and Verizon.

Just wish they’d have more of a retail presence here, where I can just pick up an RTD at the gas station should I forget to pack my powder!

There should not be such a large price difference between the UK market and the rest of the world.

Is it cheaper in the UK?

Hi. I hear you! Retail stores aren’t a big part of our business for now but we now have the RTD for sale in some stores. We will have a store locator going live in Jan/Feb, if that helps.

Don’t worry. All is good - we are here to stay! 15 products were launched this year, more on the way shortly and a growing US team in our NYC office. Supply chain has been hard this year with all things Covid though. Sorry for some unavailability you’ve had. Everything is in stock right now. Thanks

Global pricing is really complicated. Exchange rates move around, there are different taxes, different cost of producing, different distribution costs etc. Our aim is to be fair and keep prices low as much as possible. Thanks

Hey. Tried adding a box of bars to my next order, can only do so if i add 2?!

I think the big reason for no individual packs is the packaging waste. If you notice, the Huel bag is pretty well-designed with good non-permeable plastic so it can stay fresh for several months. Making individual servings using that same packaging would result in a lot of sturdy plastic in the landfills (I think it’s supposed to be biodegradable, but my experience with other biodegradable plastics leads me to believe they break down over the course of decades and not seasons).

I saw this posted a while ago :arrow_right: let us mix editions when ordering.

And it would great if there was a sampler pack so that we could try the flavors before committing to an entire bag of it. It’s really unfortunate when a flavor that gets praised on the forums tastes horrible to you. As it was mentioned many times, “Taste is subjective.”

Get rid of the artificial sweetener in regular huel. I have no interest in a high protein low carb huel the way it comes in Black edition. Regular huel has more than enough protein, and I WANT carbs in my diet. What I don’t appreciate is the sucralose.

Have you tried U/U regular Huel?

I was using it with applejuice or maple syrup if i wanted a little sweetness

I will be sure to pass along the feedback to our team!

And yes @miked! Unsweetened and Unflavored Huel v3.0 powder is a great option if you prefer not to have sucralose but would like the macronutrient split of v3.0 powder. Also, those sound like some awesome additions.

I sometimes enjoy blending in one or two dates for sweetness too!
