Wrong Order, Wrong Dispatch Date - what's up with Huel's system?

A few weeks ago, I read about the changes to the huel formula and was really excited to try version 3.0. So, I delayed my order to make sure I got the new version. Imagine my surprise when I receive the old version early. I reached out to support, and the best they could offer was me paying to return the old stuff and then ordering the new stuff when it is released. I’m on a tight budget, so I declined and decided to just use up what I got.

Then, huel black was launched. I HATE vanilla with a passion (generally - I don’t think I’ve ever tried huel’s), so I made sure to get 2 bags of chocolate. Regular huel has been a convenient and inexpensive lunch for the workday, but it doesn’t always sit with my stomach quite right, so I’ll pay a little more for black if it sits better. Today, it showed up and both bags were inexplicably vanilla.

Am I just clicking the wrong button somewhere? Is anyone else having similar issues with the website?

We also had issues with our order. Although flavor packets were available on web when we ordered, Huel tells us they were out of stock and never filled any of the order until we reached out a week after placing the order. They’ve sent the powders but we ordered unflavored so it’s pretty useless without the flavor packets. I’m hoping they don’t charge us shipping on them!
