I ordered two bags and got the wrong flavor and then refused it when it got to me because it wasnt right. Then i placed an additional order but got the wrong thing entirely. (Bottles instead of powder). Decided to try the bottle since I am now out of huel. Idk if something is wrong with it or not but it wasnt any good. I have repeatedly tried to email or contact huel, even going so far as to send a twitter DM. No response, no refund, nothing. I like huel very much but I can’t deal with this. Is this a usual issue?
