Unfulfilled Order


I recently purchased my first order of Huel; I cancelled my subscription to Huel soon after because I do not want a recurring payment billed every so often. Anyways, I do not know how to track my order, and on the website it says my order is “unfulfilled,” which leads me to questioning if I did something wrong with respect to the payment. Can someone help me with this? Any assistance will be appreciated.

As mentioned in similar threads, we recently experienced an inventory outage of our vanilla flavor, which has caused a delay in our shipments. Typically, an order placed before noon would be shipped that same day and arrive within 3-5 business days. We are close to being caught up and things will return back to normal soon. I expect your order to arrive later this week or early next week, but unfortunately I don’t have shipping info for you just yet. You should receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email within the nexr 24-48 hours.

As of today, I have not been sent shipping conformation or a tracking number, and actually have not received anything from Huel.

I am traveling later in the week and would really like to take Huel with me. What is the status of my order as well?

I’m still missing my order. Order #:#12758…any idea where it might be? Some type of shipping tracking number would make this whole process much easier. Please help!

Tomorrow will be 20 days since I placed my order. I’d like to know when my
order is arriving. This is beyond frustrating.

Is this going to be a trend? I’d like to know whether or not Huel has
figured out a supply chain fix prior to me deciding if this is a product I
can make a part of my daily routine.


The reason I decided to try this was to help replace some meals while working and in a weight loss competition. The competition will be over by time I get it lol

I placed my order on September 18, 2017 and it is now October 31st, 2017 and I have yet to receive my order… I ordered Huel in hopes that I would be able to take it on my trip overseas next week on November 6th. Will I get it by then? I was really relying on your product. Order# 16393

It’s really sad to see this.
Even with the 10 day delay notification, it has been 21 days since my order was placed and it has not shipped yet.
I’ve been told the gluten free option takes more time… Where does it say that on the website?
Should people expect 20+ days of waiting before their order even ships?

Huel is a great product, it’s so disappointing to have to look elsewhere for meal replacement solutions just to supplement while I wait for this shipment.

GF Vanilla Order #16362. If I ordered something in the short term, just to fill the gap, what ships the fastest? Is my november subscription shipment going to be delayed, too?


Hey there! Similar situation, but I do not appear to have gotten an email about shipping delays. I do know what’s going on and am plenty patient. I am curious what we’re looking at though for my order.



I received an email last week about shipping delays only after I reached out asking why my order was still unfulfilled for 10 days.
I was told they just received a new shipment and my order would be shipped by the end of the week (11/3).
The status on my order still says unfulfilled so I’m assuming now I’ll probably just have to wait for their next shipment.
