Hi y’all. I started drinking Huel and my mouth has been acting real funny. The bottom of my tongue is sore, my cheeks feel fuzzy, and the inside of my upper lip has swollen up.
Here’s someone else in the UK who’s experienced something similar.

Yes I do! Just not sure how to deal with it.
That happens to me when I eat raw tree nuts. I have an oral allergy to tree nuts. Maybe you have an oral allergy to something in Huel.
Sounds like it could be an allergic reaction.
