The recommended stuff is just too sweet. Basically a dessert. Can’t see myself drinking it twice a day. Also seems to leave my stomach in a rather acidic state. Will definitely be going with the unsweetened version if I decide to order more (which might also help with the acidity). Other than that, the way they suggest you prep it produces something that’s ok to drink, and it’s decently filling (no surprise since it’s high in fiber and calories). It’s not near the quality of making your own healthy shake, but it’s more convenient and probably more nutritionally well-rounded, so there’s that.
