I’m on my third order of Huel powder and haven’t had any problems in the past, but this time when I opened my box I found that there was powder spilled out of my bag of U/U from a small rip near the top. I didn’t lose a substantial amount, but I’m worried about if it could have become contaminated in transit and was wondering if there’s a refund/exchange policy?
This happened to me with my last shipment and I emailed the customer service department and had a new replacement bag in just a few days. I was very impressed with the speed of it. Just let them know and they will make it right.
