First order, punctured bag

Just got my first package. One of my bags has a small slit, powder was all over everything in the box, though not a large amount of it. Do they replace in this instance or am I SOL?

In your email, would you be able to let us know which bag in your order was affected along, the batch information (located on the back of the bag), and send along a photo of the slit? This information is super helpful for our team! From there, our team can get everything sorted and ensure we get you your Huel too.
