Hi, I recently made an order and I didn’t receive it. I contacted support and they said a refund was possible for missing orders. However, after I gave them my order number, I haven’t heard since. I keep contacting huel support but I get no replies. I know a redelivery is also possible but I’m done with Huel so I’m not interested in the redelivery at all. This is ridiculous! I am seriously outraged and want my refund so I can use my money to buy my meals elsewhere. Can someone please get back to me??
