Wondering if anyone tried chia seed recipes. Also saw a mugcake recipes. Has anyone tried making these?
I use chia seeds almost daily in my Huel. I put in 1/8 cup in my first shake of the day, and try to let it sit in the fridge for at least a few hours so the seeds absorb water and the shake thickens. They are a good way to get more Omega-3s in your diet and also add even more fiber to Huel.
