I’ve been curious about making overnight oats with the added nutrition of Huel. I tried this recipe last night and had it this morning. It came out delicious! I used Lactaid and went with a full cup instead of half since I figured the Huel would thicken. I used one scoop of Huel. I didn’t have chia seeds so I didn’t use them.
It came out good, a bit on the thick side but still very much delicious and filling. I think I will use a little less oats next time but I’m definitely keeping this recipe. Anyone else got one to share?
