Receiving the wrong product

Hello, I had ordered two packs of powder, but what i received are two packs of bars. What should I do ?

Also, I received no scoops and shaker…

I ordered huel black and received white. I emailed support yesterday, no response yet. Not off to a good start. I am turned off there is no customer support phone #. Hopefully this will get rectified soon as I was looking forward to using the product asap.
