Huel Sent Wrong Product

I got the wrong product in my last order. I have sent two emails to support and they have not responded at all. I love the product, but the lack of response by customer service is going to run me off. I saw some other posts that customer service is not responding to them. What is the deal?

I have the same problem, product wise. They will get back to you, it just will take a little while. I think the customer service team is really small and it takes a while to respond. I still haven’t received my order and today is day number 12 since my initial order. Good luck!

I am pleased to report they responded and they are sending me the right order.
