Questions about Hot and Savory

Ground flaxseeds are quite high in lignans. That’s bad news, because lignans are one of the principal classes of phytoestrogens Phytoestrogens are plant compounds similar to estrogen. Many phytoestrogens are endocrine disruptors that interfere with testosterone.

Researchers at the University of Texas found in 2001 and 2008 that consumption of 30 grams of flaxseeds daily for one month reduced total testosterone levels in men between 10 and 15 percent.

I just got my first Huel order–Hot and Savory to try to get enough protein at lunch when I’m not cooking much/bringing leftovers! I’m happier than with other instant/frozen meals, but I have 2 issues. One is I’d love the flax seeds to be ground, as many others have said.
Second, where’s the heat?! I am adding a ton of hot sauce to the allegedly spicy curries!
