I placed the order 146256 on last Monday 7/15, the order was shipped out with FedEx on Tuesday 7/16. The tracking information shows that the package was picked up by FedEx in Fort Worth since 7/17 with no new update in the last 5 days. I called FedEx today to check why the package is not moving, and they told me that this package was recalled by the sender and returned to Huel on 7/18! I was never notified that my package was recalled, and the order info online still shows that my order was fulfilled and shipped even though the package was returned to Huel? I already paid for the order and I was supposed to receive it yesterday. Why is this happening, has anyone else experienced this before?
