I placed my first order of Huel about 2 weeks ago (order #203009) and I forgot to check in on it until today - I checked the Fedex tracking page and it says the order was already delivered on 10/5…But I never received the package! How can we sort this out?
Oh no! Perhaps your package was delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or lost somewhere along the way. Fear not! I have placed a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that our fulfillment center is now closed for the weekend so this will be processed on Monday and arrive in 3-5 business days from there.
