Order Issue, no response from Customer Support

I received an email after placing my order on 11/14 saying my flavor preference had not been received. I have now sent 5 emails trying to have my order fulfilled and had not been contacted about the issue. I’m trying to get my latest order before I run out of the Huel I currently have and am very frustrated.
