Order resolution

I received an email yesterday that stated I needed to pick my Huel flavor. I replied back which flavor I wanted, and went into my subscription and checked vanilla. The order is paid for, but still unfulfilled. I sent an email but haven’t seen a reply. Help please. Missing my Huel fix. I’m out.

I can confirm the order you were processed this morning.

It appears the original requested placed on the 3rd was in the system after our fulfillment cut off period causing the order to processed today due to the July 4th holiday.


Yeah I had a derp moment and forgot it was a holiday for a minute. Thanks for the reply.
