Only half of my order

I ordered 4 bags and another shaker got charged for all and only received two bags and the shaker. Can someone from huel help please? Order#258080

Just took a look over your order and found a glitch causing partial fulfillment. I have gone ahead and push through a two bag order of Huel Vanilla. You should expect the order within 3-5 days.
