Not receiving full order

I just ordered Huel for the first time and have received my order. I was really happy to see it arrive, but was really confused that I only received one bag. I used the customer service system on there website to try and contact them but four days later, no response. I’ve started using what I’ve received and really like it and want to subscribe, but if this is what I am to expect, customer service wise, then I’m still apprehensive. The system says my order was received in full but I only received 14 servings when I ordered 28 (Two bags) I’m not going to give my business to a company that shorts me on my orders and doesn’t reach out and reply. Please, can I get ahold of someone at Huel to make this right?

Just received a reply from Sothan at Huel. They are shipping another bag. Thanks guys for getting back to me.
