I struggled mightily with Huel Black Chocolate flavor. I like the Black Vanilla just fine.

In both, I like adding fat. It helps with consistency. Today for two meals I used 600 calories (about 150 grams) of Huel Black Chocolate with 400 calories (about 4 T). Mostly it helps with the gummy texture of Huel Black that I attribute to Tapioca. This is a higher percentage of peanut butter than I want but I don’t get much peanut butter impact at lower levels. This was blended with 24 oz of ice and water.

In the Vanilla i add Coconut Oil (virgin that is solid at room temp) but in much lower quantities. Something like 100 calories (scant T) with 900 calories of Huel Black Vanilla. I also tried using dehydrated coconut but it was a dreadful texture.
