. I brought it all the way to work and there was no scoop, I ended up digging around with my hand (I washed and dried it first) only to find there is no scoop. This is the first meal replacement or protein shake even pre workouts that does not have a spoon, does anyone know how much is a typical serving in cups.

Hey John! Sorry for the missing scoop. I’ll send some out.
In the meantime, use a heaping 3/4 cup for a 100g serving.
