On a lark I tried Align probiotics and my problems immediately disappeared and everything is normal again. I have no idea why but apparently the additional bacteria did the trick for me.

This is a fairly common problem in a lot of high protein or fiber diets… I am not a doctor but I do know a simple remedy is taking an over the counter product like Gas-X. It may not work for everyone but I found it helped me.
