Missing a bag in my first shipment

I don’t really want to make this a public post to get it solved, but I’ve heard that this is the fastest way to get a response. I just got my first order from huel and it was missing a bag. I did however get to Shaker bottles in 3 scoops, I’m wondering if I got somebody else’s order on accident. I emailed the customer support four days ago and didn’t hear anything back yet so I’ll give this a shot.
