Hi, I sent an email to support@huel.com and Alex kindly replied saying I would receive the extra bag in 3-5 business days. He sent this email on 12/30/2018, but I have still not received the extra bag. I also did not receive any emails about the shipment. Is there any way to remediate this? Thanks.
Hey Curtis. It looks like there may have been a human error for this replacement order. Iām going to manually place the order now for the missing bag. My apologies for the troubles!
