Just noticed that the new bags are (pre-scored?). I had problems previously because apparently I can’t tear straight, so I’d always wind up scrounging for some scissors to get the bag completely open. With the bag I opened this morning, it tore straight across and was at the right level so I didn’t wind up pulling the seal out of the bag! It was like a miracle (especially for me)! Mad props (people still say that, right?) to whoever green-lit that feature.

Now you just need the Velcro closure that some bags are using.
