Lack of information on when out of stock items will be in stock

So am I the only one that is getting irritated with the lack of information on some out of stock products. I have been waiting to restart my subscription for the Cafe Latte Powder 3.0 for months and can’t seem to get any info. Its been said that its supplier transportation issues but I don’t know how that can last longer then 3 months, (personally id get a different supplier if its gonna destroy your business to keep the same one). Is there any way we can get a clearer answer? In other words WTF is going on?
