I received an email a few days ago stated my subscription was going to be delayed due to “unforeseen stock issues” but yet I’m still charged today on my regular schedule? I’m already one day away from being out and now I’m gonna have yet another large lapse in Huel meals. Do y’all just continually have stock issues and can’t ship things out in the right amount of time?? I had the same problem with my last shipment in January.
Also, you gave me a coupon code to bandage up this mishap but how the heck do I use it if I’m a subscriber? lol It literally is useless for me.
I’m sorry for sounding harsh but get your act together. I don’t think I’ve ever had a single shipment from you without some sort of issue or delay. How am I supposed to choose an appropriate subscription timeline if y’all keep messing with when I will receive it?

Hi Daniel! Don’t fret–all orders are being processed correctly now. There is a bit of a delay, but any subscription will still process. I see your order is already fulfilled being shipped, so no worries there! You can add the coupon on your subscription and it will apply to the next order. I’ll PM you the tracking ID.
Same here. Order is delayed by seven days and counting. Facebook comment says they are “absolutely shipping” yesterday but it’s still not happening.

FTC prompt delivery rules permits a 30-day delay but I hope I wouldn’t have to resort to canceling the order.
If you can’t ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if you made no promise), you must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain his right to cancel and get a full and prompt refund.
On the other hand, I thought I’m told by email that my order will be delayed by “3 or 4 days”?
