I ordered 2 packs on Wednesday and I didnt receive a confirmation mail or the package
I have sent emails to support center and also on WhatsApp but of course there is no reply!
It s really good product but these inconveniences make me feel really disappointed and i will.look for an alternative to huel

I am in a similar boat, here. I did receive a tracking number, and I did receive a package from Huel, but it only contained the free t shirt, Huel container, and scoop. Tracking number status says the package is “delivered” but we’re still missing two bags of Huel black powder! FedEx is unable to help us because from their end, the package appears to have been delivered. But it was just the free stuff, not the $100 of powder :’(
