Hi everyone! I wanted to share some huel recipes and hacks that I’ve tried that have been great ways to use huel powder aside from the usual shake!
Tropical Smoothie: 2 scoops vanilla huel, 5 oz orange juice, 5 oz water, 1 cup of frozen mango, pineapple, and strawberries, 8-10 ice cubes. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Berry smoothie: 2 scoops huel berry flavor, 5 oz milk, 5 oz water, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 8-10 ice cubes. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Coffee shake: 8 oz coffee frozen into ice cubes (it’s best to do this overnight), 5 oz milk, 2 scoops chocolate huel powder. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pumpkin spice pancakes: Use the huel website’s recipe for protein pancakes with vanilla huel powder but add the pumpkin spice flavor boost packet in before cooking. These turned out super yummy with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Mint chocolate chip pancakes: Again using the huel website recipe, but this time with chocolate huel powder, add the mint chocolate flavor boost along with mini chocolate chips and cook according to instructions. Top with syrup!
These recipes have really made it easy for me to have huel every day without getting bored of having protein shakes. I try to eat huel every day as a lunch replacement to aid in weight loss and I have lost 5 lbs so far! The smoothie recipes are also great for anyone who is working from home because you can sip it while you work. I can’t wait to come up with more recipes and keep loving huel!
