Huel packaged ripped open during shipment, powder all over the place

Was super excited to start my huel journey, unfortunately it has not started off as a good start.

I have a shipping box of huel powder, as the box appears to have been smashed in transport.

Who can I send picture to to have the damaged portion of my order replaced (Order #463347)?

The folks at Huel are a pretty nice bunch. They tend to keep an eye on the forums so I’m sure they’ll reach out shortly to help you with this huel. :heart:
