HUEL on the mountains

Hi everyone. I’m a mountaineer instructor in the UK. I started on HUEL a few weeks ago and I’m finding to be an excellent breakfast and lunch option whilst in the mountains. I always have one shake before I go out and take 2 more made up ready, in my rucksack.

It allows me to hydrate and take on energy at the same time. Has anyone else used it whilst out hiking, climbing etc?

Yes! I mountain bike and Huel is by far the best source of nutrition and energy I have found yet. Consuming anything pre ride gives me a horrible stomach ache and slows me down. Huel before a ride gives me hours of energy and stamina with no negative side effects.
