How to get rid of the grit

How do I get rid of the grittiness? I tried using a blender with ice but it is still gritty. Taste isn’t bad but I am having a hard time getting past the bits and pieces

Time. That’s the only way. Give yourself several days to get used to it and then you won’t notice it. It will always taste gritty. It’s those darn flaxseed, IMO. Ground flaxseed has a lot of fiber and is gritty as hell. But, it’s good for you.

I use a Vitamix on the liquify setting and it comes out smooth. You can try increasing the liquid.
