Hello! So i signed up for a new membership with 4 bags a month. I never received a shipping update for #732952-US and its been 10 days since I ordered, I emailed support several times and have yet to get word back. I understand COVID-19 is slowing things down but not having an update or response on the status is making me question my membership.
