Editing flavors in an active subscription

I have a Huel subscription which is due to be charged for the 2nd delivery this Friday.

For the 1st delivery I had one vanilla and one unflavored (both gluten free) delivered. I would like to change my subscription to be 2 vanilla (gluten free) instead.

Does anyone know how to do this from within the account dashboard? I can’t find how to edit a subscription in this particular way.

I believe staff has said previously they are working on a new subscription interface; which, last I checked, has not launched yet. For now, I believe you will need to contact support who will be able to help you make the change.

Thanks! I sent Huel support an email yesterday morning but no reply yet…

I’ve never had them take too long. I do get the feeling Huel may be doing well in the US, contact times and shipping times seem like they have gotten a little longer than when I first ordered.

(I recognize that there are other possible explanations and that I also have too little data to accurately see trends; however, but this is the explanation I use :slight_smile:.)
