FedEx says my last shipment was returned to the sender on 5-3-19. So what happens now? Do I get a refund? Will it be re-shipped? If so when because I haven’t heard anything from you guys since it was returned. I’m thinking of canceling my sub because this will probably happen often as I have a very busy job and hardly ever home to receive packages, why can’t they leave the package by the door? Also why don’t you guys have a customer service phone number? I really dislike businesses that rely solely on online customer support, I like talking to a live person and not have to email back and forth!
