Hi, it looks like my very first order was lost sometime during delivery. I contacted customer service who said they’d send a replacement order, but when I asked for a tracking number or order number I haven’t received a response back, and I don’t see any notification in my account dashboard that anything is actually on its way. Is there anything I can do to verify that a replacement is actually headed my way?
