I placed an order last week and received an email on Jan. 9th stating my order was shipped. However, when I track the order using the provided tracking number with FedEx the website says a label has been created and they haven’t received the package.
I would like to know when this will ship and when I will receive it. I’ve tried to find a phone number for customer support and have sent an email. No luck in getting anywhere. Hoping to find some guidance here before I dispute this charge on my credit card as a fraudulent company.
