My order #280062 was first sent to the wrong address in a different city (Mira Loma, CA), then the replacement order of Huel was sent to ANOTHER city (Logan, UT). This was after confirming my correct delivery address in Los Angeles via email to customer support – the sole address listed on my Huel account. I’ve successfully received many orders before, and am totally confused.
Now support for my order has gone dark and is no longer responding to my inquiries. With no customer service number to call, I’m unsure how to go about getting this issue resolved.
