Order number is 242678. I placed my order on Sunday November 18, my package was fulfilled and “shipped” on the 19th, and supposedly delivered on Saturday November 24th. Here I am, on Wednesday the 28th, and I still have no package of my Huel. I am a bit upset, as I should have already had my $114.00 purchase long ago. I have emailed your support on Tuesday the 27th in the morning, and received no response back thus far. It is also very irritating that you have no contact phone number for customer service. I would just like another package sent my way, because FedEx has posted on my tracking number that it was delivered, but I have still not gotten my order.
