I placed an order on Monday for 3 bags of Huel, and immediately noticed that Google incorrectly autofilled my address. I contacted Huel support through email less than an hour after placing the order. They didn’t get back to me for over a day. I gave them my correct shipping address and I thought everything was resolved. I contacted support two more times before getting an email, another day and a half later, assuring me that the issue was resolved. Four days later and I am now getting FedEx notifications that the package cannot be delivered because the address does not exist.
Can someone help me with this issue?
