Order Shipped to Wrong Address

First order is arriving tomorrow and I am excited. However, I realized I have the wrong address as my shipping address. The Huel help section on shipping claims I can use FedEx’s package manager to have them ship to a FedEx office instead, but when I try this FedEx tell’s me “Delivery option(s) aren’t available due to shipper restrictions. Please contact the shipper.” Sent an Email but so far no response. Can someone help?

Hi Taylor, so sorry for the delayed response! Did you receive your order? It’s showing as delivered on 11/20. If not, PM me with your correct address and I’ll get a new shipment on its way.

I was able to leave a note for the occupant at that address who left the package out for me. Thanks! Enjoying Huel so far.
