Recently contacted Huel support due to a damaged shaker received in my first order. The quarter sized holes in the broken bottle prevent it from being used. I requested a replacement and in response I am being sent another bag of Huel. This completely ignores my problem, so I’ve come here seeking assistance.
That doesn’t look good at all. Sorry Ryan_J_Guzman to hear you didn’t receive the incorrect order. I have immediately placed an order for a new shaker. You should expect it within 3-5 business days. Let me know if I can help with anything.
