Does anyone have suggestions on how to get in touch with someone at Huel regarding order/shipping issues? I’ve sent multiple e-mails and tried sending a Facebook message, but no response.
Does anyone have a number or alternative method that is more effective?
Hey Donald. Your RTD order is processed and should be sent out this week. We ran into some issues with RTD orders which caused the shipment to delay. Our apologies–but no worries you will receive this order soon!

It is still stuck in the “pre-shipment” stage (since 12/31). A USPS number has been assigned, but the tracking details say it’s still in transit to the USPS facility. Is this really going to resolve itself?
If it’s not shipped by the end of the week can I just cancel my order and get a refund?
