Continued RTD Delivery Issues?

Does anyone know if there is there still a delay in Texas, USA for the RTD products?

I placed my second order for 6 cases of huel ready-to-drink on 2/11/2019. The order was “fulfilled” the following day (2/12/2019). I was charged for my order and received a tracking number, however there have been no updates since that time. I have sent three emails to Huel Support and have not received a timely response or acknowledgement.

It’s been 15 days (11 business days) and I have not heard anything from Huel Support. Additionally my order on FedEx has not changed from “Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel.”

I tried a single purchase last month (six cases) to effectively test if Huel could delivery in a timely fashion, which they nearly did (delivered in 7-8 business days). I tried again this month and the status of my order is basically unknown.

Since I can’t get a response from email Huel Support, any help or comment here?

We have recently transitioned our shipping services to a new company and had a couple of glitches along the way. Not to worry though! We are working hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

I can confirm our fulfillment center shipped out your order yesterday and that it should arrive anywhere from today to March 5th. I will DM you your FedEx tracking number.
