In my recent order, I paid for a flavour booster pack but it did not come in the order.
I’ve tried emailing and calling customer support multiple times but all I’ve had back are the automated replies.
Anyone else had trouble contacting customer support?
I think customer support is off on weekends. So if you sent an email like Friday afternoon, sat, or sunday, it may not be read till they open again on Monday.
My first email was on the 1st of march, whereas my second email was on the 17th. So that shouldn’t be the problem
