Account on Huel website not working?

I have tried on both PCs in my house and my ipad. When I log into Huel to update my subscription it says “fetching your profile” and is stuck at 33%. It has done this for the past two days. When it does finally get past that screen, it shows I had no order history, I click anything and it goes back to the “fetching your profile” screen.

Any assistance? I am out of Huel and just wanted to move my subscription up.

Site was slow for me earlier. I had to reboot for an unrelated software update, and it worked an hour or so later. Have you tried it recently?
