My account doesn't exist?

Hi, created an account on Monday 1/16 when I placed my subscription order. I have been trying to login and I kept getting a no account exists error. I’ve had the money taken from my account, so something is happening. How do you reconcile the fact I had to create an account on a subscription order?

It looks like an “L” is missing from your order email. This is now corrected and should begin to receive notifications from Huel.
