Vegan Essentials

Recently switching my protein power from whey to complete protein. At the same time, going Vegan with a pretty diverse diet, lots of whole foots. I’ve found a liquid multivitamin called Vega Essentials from Healthycell that I was thinking about taking in conjunction with a scoop of complete protein a day. Comparing the two, Vegan essentials looks like a pretty complete package and the complete protein looks like it would add a small percentage of vitamins across the board. My question would be basically if these two would compliment each other? Thanks

Hey, welcome to the Huel forum!

I find the micronutrient amounts they’ve chosen quite odd. By the sound of things you’ve got a pretty good diet that will provide the nutrients that you need so I would say you need to add a multivitamin to your diet.

As you are going vegan, keep an eye on vitamin B12, calcium and iodine.

I was hoping that what healthycell considers a multivitamin and it’s a liquid that it would fit the bill. I really dislike pills and try to avoid when possible. Thank you for the input.
