Unable to manage subscription

I am unable to access the ‘manage subscription’ page as it hangs every time I attempt to access it. I have tried multiple devices - phone, tablet, pc, and yet nothing is working. it hangs in every single instance. I cleared browser cache too.

Has anyone found a solution or am I simply forced to email support?
